A new durable cured meat delicacy produced by Belje, which is placed on the market in a packaging containing a single unsliced and deboned piece of ham, produced based on a traditional recipe, from hand salting to smoking on beechwood adapted to its size and structure.
Curing of the Baranja ham is the longest and most complex phase of production, lasting about five months, during which its distinctive flavour with a light pepper aroma is formed.
Once cured, Baranja ham is carefully cut into pieces weighing about 700 g and packaged in a vacuum packaging, which best preserves its flavour and texture.
