Colourful skewers

A platter with skewers is ideal for gatherings. You can arrange it according to your wishes and adjust the size and ingredients for each gathering.

  • 200 g cherry tomatoes
  • 200 g mini mozzarella balls
  • 200 g Belje Baranja bacon
  • 200 g Belje kulenova seka
  • 100 g artichokes in oil
  • 150 g pitted green olives
  • 150 g soft cheese, cut into cubes
  • Handful of fresh basil


  1. Prepare the skewers and add a tomato, bacon or kulen, an olive, mozzarella and a cube of cheese in turn, until you reach the end of the skewer.
  2. Arrange other ingredients on other skewers in order to vary them.
  3. Arrange the skewers in a circle on the platter. Complete the circle and place some skewers in a second layer in order to make the platter full.
  4. Serve with toasted bread or as desired.
