  • 300 g Manitoba flour (type 0) or fine wheat flour
  • 12 g baking powder (1 packet)
  • 1.5 tsp salt
  • 175 ml water
  • 3 tbsp olive oil
  • 50 ml tomato sauce
  • Oregano, optional
  • 100 g grated soft cheese
  • 100 g Belje Baranja sausage
  • 50 g mozzarella, optional

Preparation

  1. Put the flour in a bowl. Add baking powder and salt. Add water and olive oil. Mix everything with a wooden spoon until all ingredients are incorporated into the dough. You can also do this with a mixer using a dough hook.
  2. Move the dough to a work surface dusted with flour and knead it for a few minutes, until it becomes shiny and smooth.
  3. Pour oil in the pan and heat it up.
  4. Stretch out the dough by hand to fit the size of the pan and place it in the pan. Reduce heat to low.
  5. After a few minutes, flip the dough. Spread tomato sauce on the dough, sprinkle with oregano and add cheese and sliced sausage. Optionally, add mozzarella, making sure it is well-drained.
  6. Cover with a lid and cook the pizza for a few more minutes.
  7. Remove from heat and optionally sprinkle with arugula, basil, etc.
  8. Serve immediately.
