Gourmet cups

If you are looking for a quick and simple breakfast, we recommend that you try these delicious cups. Instead of eggs, you can stuff them with various cheeses, leafy greens, etc.

Ingredients

  • 8 slices Belje kulen
  • 2 eggs
  • Salt
  • Shavings of Grana Padano or other hard cheese of your choice
  • Lettuce

Preparation

  1. Preheat the oven to 180 °C. Prepare a muffin tin. Place 4 slices of kulen in each mould and press them against the edges.
  2. Put an egg into each mould lined with kulen.
  3. Bake for 7–10 minutes, or until the eggs are done.
  4. Season with salt and sprinkle with shavings of Grana Padano or other hard cheese.
  5. Serve with toasted bread slices and lettuce.
